Swake

Swake is a SaaS feedback infrastructure platform for mobile and web apps. Product teams embed a React Native or web SDK into their products; end users submit bugs, feature requests, and questions; and a team portal lets the product team triage, comment on, analyze, and resolve that feedback, with AI-assisted classification, sentiment analysis, and segment-based analytics.
