HRFlow is a multi-tenant HR, payroll, and project management SaaS platform with plugin-based module licensing through Stripe. It covers employee records, leave and attendance tracking, payroll processing, and full project/task management, all gated by a capability-based plan system and installable as an offline-capable PWA.

  • Role-based access control (Super Admin, HR Admin, Manager, Employee/Accountant) with plan-based capability gating
  • Employee records, leave requests and approvals, and attendance tracking with configurable work schedules
  • Payroll processing with background job workers for heavy computation
  • Full project and task management: List, Board, Calendar, Timeline, and Dependencies views with infinite scroll
  • Personal "My Day" to-dos and a "My Workload" view computing real weekly capacity from schedule and approved leave
  • Installable Progressive Web App with an offline-capable app shell
  • Light/System/Dark theming across the entire UI
  • File uploads and storage via Cloudflare R2, with signed URLs for avatars and attachments
  • Rich text editing and @mentions in task descriptions and comments
  • CSV and Excel data export across reports, payroll, attendance, and leave
  • Embedded feedback widget for in-app bug reports and feature requests
  • Automated email notifications via Resend, dispatched through Cloudflare Queues
